If you are experiencing an issue with JL Mint Co products, please include photos and detailed description in your email.

The exchange + return process requires proof of purchase (e.g. your JLMint Co order number, order confirmation email, store receipt).

Exceptions: we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, and third party products.
